The Rabbi Gil and Dorothy Shoham Memorial Forest

In honor of Tu B'shvat, Dr. and Mrs. Steve Shoham have kicked off an initiative to plant a forest in Israel in memory of their parents, the original founders of Emek. The Rabbi Gilbert and Dorothy Shoham Memorial Forest will perpetuate the legacy of two visionaries for who we are eternally indebted We encourage our families to partner with the Shoham Family to reach the goal of 10,000 trees by next Tu B'Shvat. For a minimum donation of $18.00 per tree you can help us reach this goal. A percentage of the proceeds will go towards the Rabbi Gilbert Shoham Scholarship fund, to assist families sending children to Emek in need of financial assistance.
